Deadwood update

Today's update to Deadwood does not update any source code; what I have done is:

Added a file, Makefile.fallback, for compiling Deadwood on UNIX systems without clock_gettime() (Mac OS X, for example)
Updated INSTALL.txt
Added a new document, execfile-HOWTO
